Hi Friend,

Before I opened the first Green Moustache café over a decade ago, I had a question for the chefs in my community:

“Could you add some organic, whole-food, plant-based dishes to your menu?”

They looked at me like I had two heads.

“No one wants that,” they said.
“People won’t buy it.”
“It won’t sell.”

I was tired and sick of eating greasy, salty, processed food in restaurants that claimed to be “healthy.”

I was studying more about nutrition and chronic disease reversal, and I saw the disconnect everywhere. We were telling people to eat more whole, plant-based foods, but no one could find a meal like that when they ate out.

So, I said, “F this.”
And I opened our own place.

That was the start of the Green Moustache Organic Café in a little corner of Whistler, BC.

We served up 100% organic, plant-based, whole foods. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just food that actually heals.

And guess what?

They came. My clients. Locals. Tourists. Athletes. Parents.

They came for the soups, delicious dishes, and the smoothies, yes. But they stayed for the way they felt—clearer, lighter, energized, and empowered.

Our mission was simple: serve medicine on a plate. For my clients, my community, and my own family, I wanted a place where healing wasn’t hard; it was delicious, accessible, and deeply transformational.

Over the past 12 years, we’ve:

🌱 We began catering for companies like Tony Robbins International, Oakley, Scandinave Spa, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and others.

🌱We were the first restaurant invited to put our food in Canadian hospitals.

🌱 We appeared on Dragon’s Den and secured an investor

🌱We’ve been named Whistler’s Healthiest Restaurant 12 years in a row.

🌱 And we’ve served thousands of people looking for something most restaurants still can’t offer: food that nourishes. Food that heals.

But here's the thing: This shouldn’t be a Whistler secret anymore.

We’re ready to scale. To reach more people. To create a ripple effect of health and hope across communities.

And this time, we’re inviting YOU to be part of this mission.

We're raising funds through GoParity Canada, a platform that lets people like you become impact investors in projects that matter, an opportunity to support something real, measurable, and deeply needed.

We’ve already proven that this works. Now it’s time to multiply the impact.

Let’s create communities where healing food is just a walk away—not a last resort.
